Responsibilities:
  • Represent properties to potential buyers
  • Respond to the changing needs of buyers and sellers
  • Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to clients
  • Conduct property valuations and prepare market reports
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients
  • Maintain an up-to-date client and property database
  • Develop strategies to increase property value for sellers
  • Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the real estate industry
  • Quick decision-making skills, strong negotiation tactics, and exceptional interpersonal abilities
  • A strong work ethic and a customer service-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish are a plus)
  • Punctual, well-presented, and honest demeanor
  • Valid driving license
  • Own visa preferred
  • Valid broker card
