Role Overview: The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for driving property sales by engaging with clients, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role requires a high level of professionalism, in-depth market knowledge, and a client-centric approach to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers. - Sales Excellence: Represent clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring all transactions meet their needs. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. - Transaction Management: Facilitate property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transactions with the support of a dedicated director. - Lead Management: Handle high-quality leads to maximize sales opportunities and performance. Knowledge and Skills: - Real Estate Expertise: Strong understanding of Dubai property market and its dynamics. - Sales Skills: Proven success in closing deals and achieving targets. - Client-Centric Approach: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to address diverse client needs. - CRM Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools, preferably Bitrix 24, to manage leads and transactions effectively. - Market Awareness: Familiarity with real estate trends, buyer behaviour, and property categories, including luxury and off-plan properties.
