The Property Consultant plays a vital role in assisting clients with the purchase, sale, and rental of residential or commercial properties. This position involves conducting market research, showing properties, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice throughout the property transaction process. Successful candidates are customer-focused, persuasive, and have deep knowledge of local real estate trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.

  • Conduct property viewings and highlight key features.

  • Provide market analysis and advise clients on pricing strategies.

  • Negotiate offers and prepare legal documentation with accuracy.

  • Coordinate property listings, advertisements, and open houses.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and market dynamics.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.

  • Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or property sales.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and property listing platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.

  • Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • UAE driving license and own car typically required.
