Job Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of residential properties.
• Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property valuations, inspections, and appraisals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Negotiate and facilitate property transactions from start to finish.
• Implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote property listings.
• Stay updated on local market conditions, regulations, and real estate trends.
• Meet and exceed individual and company sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
• In-depth knowledge of local property markets and investment trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability in sales and client relationship management.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a team-oriented mindset.
