Job Title: Senior Paralegal – Real Estate / Asset Management Location: Onsite, Major Development Project – Dera, UAE Salary: AED 20,000 – 30,000 per month (depending on experience) Languages Required: Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)

About the Company: We are representing a leading real estate and asset management organization with a strong presence in the UAE. The company is renowned for its large-scale developments, high-quality property services, and long-term vision for integrated real estate solutions. They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal to join their legal team supporting a flagship project in Dera.

About the Role: As a Senior Paralegal, you will work closely with the in-house legal and asset management teams to support a wide range of legal and operational functions related to property and facilities management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with a strong background in real estate contracts and bilingual fluency in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents, with a strong focus on lease agreements, tenancy contracts, and property-related documentation.

Provide bilingual legal drafting and translation (Arabic and English) to ensure legal accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Assist with legal matters related to leasing, property maintenance, tenant relations, and facilities management.

Liaise with internal teams including asset management, customer service, and facilities operations to ensure alignment on legal documentation.

Maintain up-to-date records of contracts and legal files, ensuring efficient document management.

Support the in-house legal counsel with research, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal executive, ideally within a real estate, asset management, or property development environment.

Proven experience drafting and reviewing lease agreements and other property-related contracts in both Arabic and English.

Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and regulatory environment.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently in a small legal team onsite.
