Job Description

• Monitor and inspect availability of products and ensure they are properly and effectively organized and displayed according to production and expiration dates and company guidelines.
• Report shortages if faced at the outlet.
• Ensure company products are optimally displayed in an appealing manner and maximize promotional material and other marketing tools as and when required within the marketing brand directives.
• Report on a regular manner all activities observed during market visits including performance of competition products and promotional initiatives.
• Identify and recommend new display opportunities at clients’ sites.
• Report short expiries to merchandisers or sales reps.
• Maintain the displayed products neat and clean at all times.
• Assist in maintaining and developing ongoing customer relationships to improve performance of the sales department.
• Execute special promotional campaigns created to boost sales volume.
• Enhance sales through direct communication with shoppers by explaining the features and USP of the assigned product.
• Gather information on customers’ reactions to products and report results.
• Assist in various marketing and promotional activities as and when required.
• Maintain awareness on all the products introduced by the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a promoter of beauty/cosmetics products
• Good communication skills with high energy level.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail, ensuring that all promotional materials are accurate and on-brand.
