Achievement of all planned sales & profit targets in dealing with our project clients and regional market development.
Development and expansion of the V&B project business in the region (Ensure a professional and consistent project follow-up and build up a relation to the key stakeholders – architects, investors, developers, hotel chains).
Build, develop, and grow a strong project pipeline of specifications within GCC B&W team.
Develop and maintain good relationships with sanitary ware specifiers and key accounts to enhance the company brands in the marketplace.
Expand close working relationships with developers, interior designers, architects, and engineering consultants by regularly visiting developers to consolidate relationships and keep abreast of customer performance, requirements, complaints, and demands.
Promote and sell specifications through visits, seminars, and online meetings.
Provide clients with specification solutions, tracking specified projects through to a secured order.
Track specified projects from concept through to completed design.
Maintain relationships with key decision-makers in consultancies and client offices by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Organize sessions to boost future specification opportunities and brand awareness of the company with consultants, developers, and architects.
Support product selection in the tender stage to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of sales performance.
Understand market trends and share relevant information with the Product Team for future product developments.
Research and monitor the existing client base and industry developments and identify potential new project opportunities.
Evaluate new brand awareness and marketing changes to generate a pull strategy for clients.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
At least 5 years of project specifications managerial experience in relevant product categories, with a strong background in specification or design, Project/Developers development, preferably gained from the sanitary or durable consumer products industries.
Experience in managing a technical product portfolio from multiple points of view (e.g., product groups and technology).
The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Stand for corporate values, high-level business ethics, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
Strong analytical and logical ability; quick learner/thinking, well capable of solving complex sales issues/problems under pressure.
Active team player role with great communication skills.
Open to traveling outside UAE; possess a strong network in UAE and GCC market with various architects, interior designers, architects, engineering clients, etc.
Excellent spoken & written English is a must. Ideally, a native speaker with fluent Arabic.
