Projects Manager

• Lead project kickoff meetings, setting clear expectations and objectives while inspiring team engagement from the start.
• Monitor project progress through regular status reports, adjusting plans as necessary to maintain momentum and quality.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and derive lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior project staff, fostering their professional development and enhancing the project team's capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent is essential; additional certifications in Agile or Lean methodologies are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages can be an advantage for international projects.
• Strong technical skills in project management tools like MS Project, Trello, or Jira to optimize workflow.
