Avsar Global is hiring a Projects Engineer in Abu Dhabi, UAE to lead engineering projects from concept to handover in the oil & gas industry. The role requires ADNOC project experience and offshore exposure, with a Master’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, procurement, and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications while delivering on time and within cost.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project engineering experience.
• ADNOC project experience – mandatory.
• Offshore project experience – mandatory.
• Oil & Gas industry experience – mandatory.
• Proven experience in project planning, engineering design, procurement, budgeting, execution, and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work 5 months offshore followed by 1 month of paid leave.

Responsabilités

• Prepare technical specifications, engineering documentation, project schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, contractors, procurement, and project resources.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, expenditures, and deadlines.
• Review engineering drawings, technical designs, project proposals, and contractor bids.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, supervisors, contractors, and clients.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, project delays, and operational challenges.
• Prepare project progress reports and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.

Avsar Global is hiring an experienced Projects Engineer for a client in Abu Dhabi's Oil & Gas industry.

The ideal candidate must have proven ADNOC and offshore project experience, strong technical engineering expertise, and hands-on experience managing projects from design and planning through commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from concept design, planning, and documentation through procurement, execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare technical specifications, engineering documentation, project schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, contractors, procurement, and project resources.

Mandatory Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project engineering experience (candidates with higher experience are welcome).
• ADNOC project experience – Mandatory.
• Offshore project experience – Mandatory.
• Oil & Gas industry experience – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in project planning, engineering design, procurement, budgeting, execution, and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work 5 months offshore followed by 1 month of paid leave.
