Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Projects Coordinator with experience in project coordination, document control, and preferably manpower planning. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project operations by ensuring effective communication, document management, and workforce scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Draft correspondence to clients concerning project delays, site interruptions affecting progress, status updates on material submissions, and drawing approval status, following engineer guidance meticulously.
  2. Maintain comprehensive records of incoming and outgoing communications in accordance with document control policies.
  3. Coordinate with site and design teams to track material and drawing submissions, ensuring timely processing and approval.
  4. Maintain a comprehensive filing system for incoming and outgoing letters and emails in accordance with our document control policies.
  5. Manage trackers for material and drawing submittals, facilitating communication between site and design teams.
  6. Possess knowledge of MS Projects / Primavera for project management and planning.
  7. Capable of creating detailed project execution plans using the specified software.
  8. Able to provide budget estimates for project execution based on the developed plans.
  9. Conduct weekly meetings with the team to assess project progress and ensure alignment with execution plans.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Background in construction, preferably in Fire, ELV, or MEP fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Preference for candidates of Filipino or Sri Lankan nationality.
  • Strong common knowledge and logical thinking skills.
