An elite international law firm is seeking to hire a talented Construction/Project Development Associate to join its Dubai office—one of several offices the firm maintains across the Middle East.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will join an award-winning team with a strong reputation in the energy and infrastructure sectors. The team advises on a broad range of matters, including project development, project finance, construction, and M&A, across the Middle East.
They have been involved in a wide array of significant projects throughout the Middle East and North Africa, with a strong focus on the Saudi Arabian market. These projects span sectors such as solar, wastewater, petrochemicals/refineries, IWPs, logistics, and social infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on large-scale project development matters across the region.
Working on EPC and other construction-related contracts.
Supporting clients across the full project lifecycle, often in coordination with finance and M&A teams.
Requirements:
Common law qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
Broad project development experience, with a particular focus on EPC contracts.
Experience working on infrastructure and energy projects in the Middle East is highly desirable.
Arabic language skills are not required but would be advantageous.
