• Oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards to deliver high-quality results.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues swiftly, minimizing project delays and ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare and review project technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies to maintain clarity and consistency.
• Implement and manage quality control processes, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to enhance project outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on technical requirements and project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Evaluate and approve technical submittals from subcontractors, ensuring that all materials and methods meet established project standards.
