AECOM are looking for a dynamic Project Surveyor to be part of some of the most prestigious and landmark projects in Dubai.
Role & Responsibilities
Specialized in PostContract Cost Consultancy services with experience in mid to largescale residential commercial and hospitality projects.
Proven ability to work within a team delivering postcontract cost management and consultancy services.
Supports Senior Quantity Surveyors in:
Measurement and assessment of variations
Preparation of payment certificates
Final account preparation
Cost reporting and analysis
Adheres to quality control procedures and ensures compliance with internal processes.
Assists in benchmarking data collection and preparation of internal reports.
Capable of supporting the production and delivery of various deliverables across all Funder Advisory services.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering or a related construction field.
Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or actively working towards APC.
Experience
5 years of postgraduate professional experience.
3 years of relevant experience in the Middle East.
