Job summary

CBRE Excellerate is looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to manage MEP, HVAC retrofit, and commercial fit-out projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and maintain high quality standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing project schedules, supervising installations, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing MEP, HVAC retrofit, refurbishment, or commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction methodologies.
• Experience within the Facilities Management industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP, HVAC retrofit, fit-out, and refurbishment projects.
• Manage project schedules, resources, subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and commercial performance.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to manage the successful delivery of MEP, HVAC retrofit, commercial fit‑out, and technical improvement projects across multiple client sites. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP, HVAC retrofit, fit‑out, and refurbishment projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project schedules, resources, subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement.
• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, ELV, and chilled water systems.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, variations, and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, EHSQ standards, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments, and ensure all project documentation is completed accurately.
• Prepare project progress reports and manage project close‑out documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing MEP, HVAC retrofit, refurbishment, or commercial fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP services, testing and commissioning, and construction methodologies.
• Experience within the Facilities Management industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, etc.) is an advantage.
