Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supervising fit-out and residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and standards.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera or similar PM tools.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee fit out and residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of construction processes specific to residential and fit out projects.

Project Planning and Supervision

• Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and specifications.
• Monitor and manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.

Team Management

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Provide clear instructions to the team and ensure tasks are carried out effectively.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that all construction work complies with the company’s quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address defects or inconsistencies.

Health and Safety Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on-site.

Stakeholder Communication

Requirements
