Our client is looking for a Project Specification Manager to lead product specification efforts across high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of luxury materials into key developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors.

- Drive product specifications through presentations, showroom tours, and lunch & learn sessions.

- Act as a technical advisor by providing accurate product knowledge, performance data, and compliance information.

- Manage and track specification pipelines using CRM tools, from design to execution.

- Develop and maintain precise cut sheets, technical documents, and sustainability certifications.

- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned project and promotional efforts.

- Stay current with industry trends, design innovations, LEED standards, and UAE building codes.

Requirements
