The Project Secretary will provide administrative and secretarial support to the project team, ensuring smooth operations in a gas pipeline construction environment. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including drafting and distributing Meeting Minutes (MOM).
Manage project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence and handling project-related communications.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Maintain records of project activities, schedules, and approvals.
Assist in tracking project deadlines, deliverables, and action items.
Ensure confidentiality of project-sensitive information.
Support the project team with logistical arrangements and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Any Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in gas pipeline construction projects.
ADNOC project experience is a plus.
Must be an immediate joiner to be considered for the interview.
Strong ability to write and distribute Meeting Minutes (MOM).
Proficiency in scheduling meetings, coordinating tasks, and maintaining project documentation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
