Job description

The Project Secretary will provide administrative and secretarial support to the project team, ensuring smooth operations in a gas pipeline construction environment. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including drafting and distributing Meeting Minutes (MOM).
  • Manage project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence and handling project-related communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Maintain records of project activities, schedules, and approvals.
  • Assist in tracking project deadlines, deliverables, and action items.
  • Ensure confidentiality of project-sensitive information.
  • Support the project team with logistical arrangements and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Any Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in gas pipeline construction projects.
  • ADNOC project experience is a plus.
  • Must be an immediate joiner to be considered for the interview.
  • Strong ability to write and distribute Meeting Minutes (MOM).
  • Proficiency in scheduling meetings, coordinating tasks, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
