The Project Sales Specialist Role:

As a Project Sales Specialist, your role will focus on fostering strong relationships with brokers, promoting exclusive off-plan property projects, and delivering compelling presentations. This position is ideal for highly driven individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Broker Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, understanding their needs, and matching them with our exclusive property offerings.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver dynamic, persuasive presentations on off-plan projects to brokers, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
  • Phone Outreach: Proactively connect with brokers through phone outreach to introduce new projects, follow up on inquiries, and keep communication consistent.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track interactions with brokers, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining an active sales pipeline to drive success.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends, competitor developments, and broker feedback, continuously refining your approach to enhance sales outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to align on key projects, campaigns, and broker engagement strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding broker activities, project interest, and sales opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to deliver impactful presentations and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Phone Proficiency: Comfort and confidence in conducting outbound calls and maintaining relationships over the phone.
  • Fluency in English: Strong English language skills are essential; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic is a plus.
  • Relationship Building: A natural ability to foster long-term, trust-based relationships with brokers.
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple relationships and activities simultaneously.
  • Sales Orientation: A target-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market, particularly in off-plan developments, is highly desirable.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
