Job Description
· Discovers and explores business opportunities;
· Solicits and secures audio-visual systems integration projects by locating, developing, defining, and closing project sales orders while undertaking the identification and organization of client needs and engineering solutions.
· Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
· Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
· Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
· Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota in support of business plans.
· Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
· Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in the customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or the use of materials or services.
· Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s Degree with at least three years of prospecting and sales of SMB-scale Audio-Visual Systems Integration Projects in the UAE.
· Working project sales experience with vendors like Crestron, Extron, Atlona, Televic, Bosch, Bose, Barco, Panasonic, etc.
Required Skills: persistence, requirement analysis, presentation skills, sales planning, negotiation, self-confidence, product knowledge, client relationships, motivation for sales, technical understanding, documentation skills, reporting skills, listening, professionalism, customer focus, organization, and handling pressure.
