Job Title : Project Quality Manager

Location : Fano, Italy

Job Description : Mission

Experience with offshore platforms.

• Plan and implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project.
• Plan and ensure the implementation of Project Quality Control (QC) activities.
• Report project information and data to the Company Quality Manager in line with Corporate Guidelines.
• Act as the focal point for quality-related matters within the project and liaise with external entities.

Tasks

• Define and implement the PQMS, including the preparation and distribution of Project Quality Plans and procedures according to the Company QMS.
• Maintain the integrity of the Company QMS during project changes.
• Monitor the proper implementation of the Project QMS through quality audits.
• Plan and execute quality audits, including reporting on findings.
• Promote contractual quality standards within the project organization.

Requirements

• Conduct external audits of Vendors' and Subcontractors' QMS.
• Allocate and manage Quality resources across project areas in coordination with Quality functions.
• Support the Project Manager in interactions with the Client and authorities regarding quality matters.
• Participate in Project Management meetings to coordinate quality and project activities.
• Prepare and issue QC specifications for works, coordinating checks with Technical Departments and the Client.
• Issue quality requirements for contractual documents with Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Oversee Site QC activities and monitor QC management tools.
• Manage nonconformities and promote actions to prevent or eliminate potential issues.
• Investigate and analyze nonconformities, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure awareness of Quality requirements and initiatives within the project, including training activities.
• Collect and analyze project quality data and lead the Project Quality Management Review.
• Manage lessons learned and customer satisfaction processes.
• Report project data using corporate tools and keep quality reporting tools updated.
• For drilling activities, supervise inspection and reporting by subcontractors.

Additional Requirements

• Certification in Directive PED pressurized equipment and Atex.
• Proficiency in English language skills.
• Technical knowledge of offshore platform quality control.
