Job Description
  1. Review and assess technical specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), and drawings to identify suitable vendors and suppliers.
  2. Prepare inquiry documents related to commercial standards, technical specifications, BOQ, and drawings according to company requirements.
  3. Review vendor and supplier quotations to determine the best price and delivery date.
  4. Evaluate quotations from vendors and suppliers based on technical and commercial specifications.
  5. Prepare and issue purchase orders aligned with selected suppliers, prices, and technical specifications.
  6. Maintain safety standards and comply with the company's Health, Safety, and Environment Management System.
  7. Ensure personal and team health and safety in the workplace.
  8. Adhere to and uphold company quality standards in line with the company's Quality System.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Cost Engineering or Engineering.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, with a focus on procurement/purchase for projects.
