• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, education, or related field; PMP/Agile advantages.
• Experience with training centers or educational institutions is beneficial.

Role Description The Project Planning Manager at مركز النجاح للتدريب والتطوير ACTD will oversee the planning, coordination, and monitoring of training and development projects in a part-time, remote capacity. This role includes defining project scope and objectives, creating detailed project plans and schedules, and aligning resources and timelines with organizational priorities. The manager will track progress against milestones, identify risks and issues, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Daily tasks involve collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, preparing status reports and documentation, and ensuring that project outcomes meet quality standards and client expectations. The role also requires continuous improvement of planning processes and tools to support efficient and scalable project delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project planning, coordination, and monitoring, preferably within training, education, or professional development environments.
• Strong skills in scheduling, resource allocation, and deadline management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a remote, part-time setting.
• Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms, project tracking applications).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present plans, reports, and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks, evaluate options, and implement practical solutions that support project objectives.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation, records, and project reports.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, education, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience working with training centers, educational institutions, or development programs and familiarity with regional cultural and professional contexts is beneficial.
