Qualifications

• Experience in project planning, coordination, and monitoring, preferably within training or development environments.
• Strong scheduling, resource allocation, and deadline management for multiple remote projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software (spreadsheets, online collaboration, project tracking).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to present plans and reports clearly.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and implement practical solutions.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and reports.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, education, or related field; PMP/Agile advantages.
• Experience with training centers or educational institutions is beneficial.
