Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, drive a culture of excellence, identify skill gaps, and implement training programs.
• Engineering & Design Management: Oversee the full-cycle design process for commercial and industrial solar PV systems, manage technical feasibility studies, and review electrical, structural, and civil designs.
• Projects & Construction Management: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, manage client interactions, and ensure adherence to project timelines and contractual requirements.
• Business Development & Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to strategic growth, streamline project workflows, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Required qualifications and skills include:

• Proven experience in a senior technical role within the solar PV industry.
• Skilled in project planning and management software.
• Understanding of solar design and simulation tools.
• Knowledge of DEWA and other local authority regulations.
• Demonstrated strength in leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
• Certified as a Senior Solar PV Expert by Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline; Master's degree preferred.
