Position: MEP Project Manager

Job Description:

1. Conduct in-depth study of drawings and specifications; provide technical clearance to site MEP coordinators.
2. Coordinate with consultants for material/subcontractor submissions and approvals.
3. Submit clarifications promptly for any discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.
4. Prepare data for Variation Orders and communicate with clients accordingly.
5. Manage all Engineers/Sub-contractors covering complete MEP systems.
6. Oversee all project activities and assign responsibilities to MEP Coordinators.
7. Be familiar with MEP systems such as Electrical, ELV, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Gas, Fire Protection, and Fire Alarm systems.
8. Oversee planning, design, engineering, coordination, and execution of services, including progress monitoring.
9. Ensure compliance with international standards, local regulations, and best practices.
10. Develop and review designs and drawings for optimization and compliance.
11. Prepare comprehensive builder’s works drawings, coordinating among all disciplines.
12. Identify training needs for team members and arrange suitable training in consultation with HR & QHSE.
13. Review 'As-Built' drawings and O&M Manuals before submission to clients.
14. Review work schedules and Bills of Material; float inquiries for subcontractor works/materials.
15. Evaluate offers and prepare comparative analyses; follow up with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery.
16. Inspect delivered materials with QC Engineers and prepare inspection requests.
17. Coordinate unloading, storage, and replacement of materials as needed.
18. Ensure quality of materials and installation meets standards and specifications.
19. Plan efficiently and utilize materials and manpower optimally.
20. Ensure proper issuance and communication of drawings and information to the workforce.
