Project Manager - Urban Development

Dubai, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our Urban Development with a proven track record in delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion. Accountable for the full project lifecycle, including business, technical, financial, and administrative oversight. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Project Leadership: Directs and controls all project functions, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and adherence to technical and quality standards.

• Planning & Documentation: Develops and implements Project Execution Plans, HSE strategies, QA/QC plans, and other key documentation.

• Team Management: Recruits and allocates staff strategically, conducts performance reviews, and mentors junior engineers and support staff.

• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serves as the primary client liaison, negotiating contracts, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities for additional work.

• Resource Coordination: Mobilizes internal departments and external partners to form high-performing teams; collaborates on space planning and logistics.

• Schedule Management: Builds and maintains project schedules in collaboration with discipline leads; addresses risks and delays proactively.

• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Enforces company and regulatory standards, promotes best practices, and ensures safety and quality benchmarks are met.

• Reporting & Communication: Maintains regular updates with leadership, clients, and stakeholders; chairs weekly progress meetings and distributes project status reports.

• Regulatory & Public Interface: Engages with government agencies and participates in public meetings as needed in support of the project.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering , architecture or related technical/business field

• 10+ years of related work experience is required and

• Previous project management experience on similar or related projects

• Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements

• Familiarity with the integration of engineering/technical aspects, as well as procurement and construction activities

• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations

• Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects
