Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Project Manager to lead Traffic Department projects in the UAE. The role requires a proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering traffic or ITS projects while meeting client requirements, quality standards, budgets and schedules.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities, manage budgets and risks, and lead multidisciplinary teams from initiation to handover, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing Traffic Department, Traffic Systems, or ITS projects in the UAE.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project execution within budget and schedule.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and HSE.
• Prepare project reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective communication across all project phases.
• Resolve project issues and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
