Preparation of MIS reports and presentations

• Project scheduling and adherence as per NPD targets.
• Project coordination with external customers and schedule managers.
• Following up with all departments and assuring delivery of tasks.
• Tracking of RQF conversion into business.
• Review of running tools and project planning as per capacity of the operations.
• Ensuring compliance as per EHS, IATF, CQF, internal standards and their sustainability.
• Project kick-off and scheduling as per requirement.
• Presenting monthly progress reports of projects to corporate heads during MRMs.
• Following up with external customers on running projects and fulfilling the requirements of the customer.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills:

Must be B. Tech or CIPET with 8-15 years of experience in Project Coordination.
