Black & Grey HR is partnering with a supplier of jewelry manufacturing machinery and technology solutions to hire an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. The role focuses on leading cross‑functional teams, driving Agile project execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of high‑quality projects through effective planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and track project milestones to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.

Team Leadership & Agile Delivery

• Lead cross‑functional teams and foster collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Agile methodologies and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track project performance using Agile metrics and promote continuous process improvement.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Provide regular project status updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and project schedules.

Risk Management & Governance

• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Manage project changes by evaluating their impact on scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with project governance standards, Agile best practices, and organizational processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Experience

• 3–4 years of proven experience in Project Management.
• Hands‑on experience managing medium to large‑scale projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and project management best practices.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master is highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience preparing project documentation, schedules, reports, and project plans.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP Certification or completion of PMP Certification Training/Course is mandatory.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
