Job description

The Project Manager for the Retail Loan Origination System (LOS) will oversee the full lifecycle of system implementation, from requirements gathering to go-live. This role requires a unique combination of project management expertise, business analysis capabilities, and technical understanding to ensure that the LOS meets organizational needs, improves loan processing efficiency, and enhances customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing IT projects in the Retail Loan Origination domain, including experience with LOS product implementations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and business analysis, with a focus on Retail Loan
  • Origination Systems (LOS) or similar financial technology solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan origination processes and workflows, along with practical experience
  • in managing IT and business requirements for such systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, Scrum).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in the financial services industry.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or CPAM are advantageous.
