Lead and manage end-to-end fit-out projects for new Joud Coffee outlets, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and timeline requirements.
Oversee site selection assessments and feasibility studies, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal location decisions.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure the seamless execution of retail fit-out plans.
Obtain and manage all necessary approvals from government regulatory bodies and liaise with the PRO for required permits and documentation.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve any issues that may impact timelines or quality.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards in all construction activities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements alongside the Leasing Manager with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality project delivery.
Work closely with the Finance team to manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure expenditures align with financial plans.
Conduct quality checks and site inspections to ensure that all work meets design specifications and brand standards.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and key milestones.
Oversee timely store handover to Operations, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to operational readiness.
