Project Manager – Reconstruction (Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead a reconstruction project in Dubai. This role requires solid construction knowledge, the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, and a good sense of design. You’ll be the key person on-site, ensuring everything is planned, built, and delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee all phases of the reconstruction project from planning to completion.
2. Coordinate and manage contractors, suppliers, and design professionals.
3. Ensure construction aligns with architectural drawings and specifications.
4. Make design-related decisions, select finishes, and maintain aesthetic standards.
5. Use project planning tools to track timelines, resources, and deliverables.
6. Maintain regular reporting to the headquarters and resolve on-site issues proactively.

Requirements

1. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
2. Familiar with project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
3. Good understanding of design, materials, and finishes.
4. Excellent coordination and leadership skills.
5. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
6. Must hold own valid UAE residency visa.
7. Experience with AutoCAD or other architectural software.
8. Background in architecture, interior design, or engineering.
9. Familiarity with international projects.
