Job description

Skills Provision is searching for a Project Manager for a Support Services company in the Middle East.

Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Position : Permanent

Salary & Benefits

• AED 10,000-14,000 p / m tax free.

The Role

• To drive internal and external company projects.
• Closely liaise with management and departments with respect to projects and corporate customer progress.
• Prepare project plans and resources to meet the target dates.
• Monitor staff performance, ensuring that the required skills & expertise are utilised.
• Acquire periodic reports from other departments to be used for monitoring and analysis of services.
• Liaise between sales, customers, and third-party venders to ensure installation as per customer contract.
• Submit weekly progress reports.
• Ensure that project implementation is achieved within the agreed time and cost frames.
• Ensure implementations are related to company standards.
• Ensure all the provisional activities are completed to the level of customer expectations & satisfaction.
• Make decision on day-to-day activities and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Good understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools.
• Ability to assess Installation, priorities, responds and escalates accordingly.
• Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritisation of workload.
• Clear communicator (both written and verbal).
• Able to function and deliver results under pressure.
