Manage PMO functions and initiate owners in executing their tasks by assisting in developing initiative content, delivery management, and change management, thereby ensuring the success of external and DI IT transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMO functions in executing tasks.
• Work across ERP implementation, DevOps projects, transformation-related content development, delivery management, and change management.
• Assist in conducting transformation workshop sessions and creative labs.
• Ensure compliance with defined methodologies, metrics, and the use of tools for all initiatives and projects.
• Maintain and store all documentation related to transformation initiatives.
• Support initiative owners in executing project-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant combination of Project Management certifications.
• Candidate must possess relevant Project/Program Management certifications.
• 10 to 15 years of experience as an IT Manager.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience managing DevOps projects and operations/change management.
• Experience working on ERP implementation projects in a project management capacity.
