About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion, focusing on Finance and Procurement functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing the migration project within the defined scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Procurement, and external consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks.
- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and Steercos, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance.
Deliverables:- Regular project status reports
- Detailed project plan with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation strategy documentation.
- Data migration plan and validation reports ensuring data integrity.
- Regular project status reports and updates for stakeholders and senior management.
- Process documentation, including flow diagrams and proposed improvements.
- Transition plan for moving from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
- Training materials and programs for end-users.
- Post-implementation support plan and performance monitoring framework.
Experience:- Proven experience managing large-scale ERP migration projects, preferably from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement processes.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in similar engagements
- Experience in the asset management or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion functionalities and capabilities.
