We’re actively seeking an experienced IT Project Manager, preferably with oil and gas industry background, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT implementation projects. In this role, you’ll lead the implementation of optimization project management software in the oil and gas sector, managing stakeholders, budgets, and timelines. Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial for success in this dynamic position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from initiation to delivery and post-implementation support.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, integration officers, UX/UI consultants, data engineers and scientists, data modelers and analysts, and other business stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and challenges to minimize impact on project deliverables.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among project team members.
• Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones effectively to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts.
