A leading company in the oil and gas sector is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in EPC/EPCM projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with high standards and efficient execution. Candidates should possess a strong background in ADNOC projects or similar large-scale operations in the Middle East.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly competent and result-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in the oil and gas sector, specifically in EPC/EPCM projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading complex upstream, midstream, and downstream projects, and will also be responsible for managing technical and commercial proposals. A background in ADNOC projects or similar large-scale operations in the Middle East is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end execution of oil & gas projects (greenfield and brownfield), ensuring alignment with technical, commercial, and HSE objectives. • Develop and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across all disciplines. • Ensure timely delivery of EPC/EPCM project deliverables in compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes (API, ASME, ISO). • Implement cost-control measures, risk mitigation strategies, and performance tracking tools. • Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals in response to client RFQs/RFPs/ITBs. • Analyze tender documents and develop proposal strategies and compliance matrices. • Draft and finalize proposal documents including Executive Summaries, Technical Write-Ups, Commercial Offers, and Method Statements. • Participate in pricing strategy discussions, risk assessments, and client clarifications during pre- and post-bid phases.
Qualifications & Experience: • BA or above degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline). • Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in project management. • Proven track record managing large-scale EPC/EPCM projects in upstream/midstream/downstream sectors. • Experience in ADNOC projects or similar high-standard environments. • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
