What we’re looking forWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Project Manager to lead the construction, and commissioning of a sea-based platform with integrated accommodation and associated electrical and mechanical equipment. This is a critical role in a complex, multidisciplinary project involving offshore construction, marine engineering, and systems integration.

- A Full-Time permanent role.
The role- Lead the end-to-end delivery of an offshore platform construction project in line with approved documentation, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design through to procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and marine engineering specialists.
- Oversee contractor and vendor management, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project milestones.
- Liaise with stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and project sponsors to ensure transparent communication and compliance with all applicable maritime and construction regulations.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery in a challenging marine environment.
- Ensure all works comply with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, particularly those relating to offshore operations and personnel accommodation.
What you bring- Degree in MSc Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering, or Project Management, or a related discipline (Chartered status preferred)
- Proven experience managing large-scale offshore construction or marine infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of offshore platform design, construction techniques, and integration of accommodation facilities.
- Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems used in offshore environments, including power generation, HVAC, water treatment, and fire protection systems.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to on-site locations as required.
