The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Odoo ERP experience and a proven record of managing full lifecycle projects. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team.
• Drive overall Project Delivery with strong Project Resource Management and technical background.
• Map end user requirements with standard functionalities available in Odoo ERP; develop and oversee detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional ERP experts at Brainvire; organize sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings for the technical team.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend business systems solutions with broad business impact.
• Establish detailed project plans, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports; develop risk mitigation plans for ERP projects.
• Provide project leadership, work direction, and feedback; present updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist with ERP project deployment aspects including business process configuration, system integration, user setup, and training.
• Manage conflicts and ensure effective teamwork towards successful implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in various business concepts such as supply chain management, logistics, procurement, inventory, CRM, sales, purchase, manufacturing, and accounting.
• Ability to learn, utilize, and train customers on relevant systems and features.
• Decision-making and prioritization skills to manage conflicting demands.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with Odoo ERP; successful implementation of at least 3 full lifecycle projects.
• Strong techno-functional skills; team player; meticulous; self-motivated; leadership qualities; willingness to travel across GCC if needed.
• Understanding of risk management; ability to work round the clock as per situation demands.
