Job Description

Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team. Drive overall project delivery with strong resource management and technical expertise. Map end-user requirements with standard Odoo ERP functionalities, develop detailed project plans, and coordinate with cross-functional ERP experts.

Establish project plans, metrics, work schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Provide leadership, work direction, and feedback, and present updates to senior management. Assist with business process configuration, system integration, user setup, and training. Manage conflicts and ensure effective teamwork.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Functional knowledge of supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, CRM, sales, purchase, manufacturing, and accounting.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with Odoo ERP, including 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong techno-functional skills, leadership qualities, and ability to travel across GCC if needed.
