Job Description
What you will do in this role: Manage all aspects of the Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team.
Requirements:
- Strong Project Resource Management and technical background to drive successful project delivery.
- Ability to map end-user requirements with standard functionalities available in Odoo ERP. Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional ERP experts, organize sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings for the technical team.
- Identify, analyze, and recommend business systems solutions with broad business impact.
- Establish detailed project plans, metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Develop risk mitigation plans for ERP projects.
- Provide project leadership, work direction, and feedback. Present updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist with ERP deployment aspects including business process configuration, documentation, system integration, user setup, and training.
- Manage conflicts and ensure effective teamwork towards successful implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Deep functional knowledge of business concepts like Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
- Ability to learn, utilize, and train customers on system features and functionalities.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with Odoo ERP, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in ERP systems.
- Strong team player with meticulous, self-motivated, and stress-handling leadership qualities.
- Understanding of risk management. Willingness to travel across GCC if needed.
