Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects of the Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team.
  2. Drive overall Project Delivery with strong Project Resource Management and a good technical background.
  3. Map end user requirements with standard functionalities available in Odoo ERP. Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
  4. Coordinate with Brainvire's cross-functional ERP experts and organize sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings for the technical team. Identify, analyze, and recommend business systems solutions to management with broad business impact.
  5. Establish detailed project plans, metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Identify ERP project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  6. Provide project leadership, work direction, and feedback. Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management with recommendations and status updates.
  7. Assist with ERP project deployment aspects such as business process configuration, documenting current and future process flows, business rule configuration, user interface setup, external system integration (if required), user and supplier setup, training, and team building.
  8. Manage conflicts and ensure effective collaboration towards successful implementation. Identify and mitigate ERP project risks.
  9. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and proven problem-solving abilities.
  10. Possess expert-level functional knowledge of business concepts like Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, Sales-Purchase, Manufacturing, and Accounting. Capable of learning, utilizing, and training customers on relevant systems and features.
  11. Have a minimum of 4+ years of experience with Odoo ERP, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of ERP systems.
  12. Be an excellent team player, meticulous, self-motivated, and ready to work as needed. Demonstrate leadership qualities and stress management skills.
  13. Understand risk management and be willing to travel across GCC if required.
