Job description

What you will do in this role: Manage all aspects of the Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive overall Project Delivery to a successful conclusion, requiring strong Project Resource Management Allocation skills and a good technical background.
• Map end user requirements with standard functionalities available in Odoo ERP. Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with Brainvire's cross-functional ERP Experts and organize Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, and Review Meetings for the Technical Team.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend business systems solutions to Brainvire management with broad business impact.
• Establish detailed project plans, metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Identify ERP project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide project leadership, work direction, and feedback. Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management with recommendations and status updates.
• Assist with 360-degree aspects of ERP Project deployment, including Business Process Configuration, documenting current and future process flows, business rule configuration, User interface configuration, external system integration (if required), User and supplier setup, training, and team building.
• Manage conflicts, ensuring effective collaboration towards successful implementation. Identify and mitigate ERP project risks.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills to balance conflicting demands.
• Possess expert-level functional knowledge of Business concepts such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, Sales-Purchase, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
• Ability to learn, utilize, and train customers on relevant system features and functionalities.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Odoo-ERP system, including successful end-to-end implementations. Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle ERP implementations in well-known systems.
• Strong team player, meticulous, self-motivated, and capable of working round the clock as needed. Leadership qualities and stress management skills are essential.
• Thorough understanding of Risk Management and its implications. Willingness to travel across GCC if required.
