Job summary

An international business analysis institute in Dubai is seeking a Project Manager with strong skills in Odoo ERP and Project Resource Management. The ideal candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, coordinate with technical teams, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. A minimum of 4 years experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in Odoo ERP is required, along with a solid understanding of Business concepts.

• At least 4+ years of experience in Odoo ERP, including 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge in Business concepts like Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
• Ability to learn and train customers on relevant system features.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team.
• Drive overall Project Delivery to successful conclusion with strong Project Resource Management and technical background.
• Map end user requirements with standard functionalities available in Odoo ERP. Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with Brainvire's cross-functional ERP Experts and organize Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, and Review Meetings for the Technical Team.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend business systems solutions with broad business impact.
• Establish detailed project plans, metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Identify ERP project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide project leadership, work direction, and feedback. Present updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist with ERP Project deployment aspects: Business Process Configuration, documenting process flows, system integration, user setup, training, and team building.
• Manage conflicts and ensure effective collaboration towards successful implementation. Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess expert-level functional knowledge of Business concepts like Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, Sales-Purchase, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
• Ability to learn, utilize, and train customers on relevant system features and functionalities.
• Make decisions and prioritize effectively across project demands.
• Have strong Techno-Functional Skills with at least 4+ years of experience in Odoo ERP, including 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Be a team player, meticulous, self-motivated, and ready to work flexibly. Demonstrate leadership and stress management skills.
• Understand Risk Management and its implications. Willing to travel across GCC if needed.
