Skills Provision is searching for a Project Manager for an Exhibition equipment company in the Middle East.

Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Position : Permanent

The Role

• Client liaison that inspires faith and trust in delivery.
• Assist Account Managers with cost estimates, budgets and margin management.
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors, production suppliers, internal and external supply chain, to ensure each project is successfully resourced, budgeted and managed, and delivered according to Company processes.
• Production of onsite working documents to agreed deadlines, as directed by the Account Management team.
• Should have solid experience planning and delivering exhibition equipment.
• Demonstrated in depth knowledge and understanding of the exhibition industry.
• Monitor the technical drawings for all approved projects and provide the needed support to draftsman.
• Analyses and review the technical drawings of all approved projects before submitting it to production department.
• Facilitate project reconciliation ensuring financial information from suppliers and timesheets from freelancers are available and accurate records have been kept and are available in a timely manner.
• Available to travel when needed in the case of having a project outside the UAE.
