Project Manager – Natural Stone Package

Are you a hands-on Project Manager with expertise in natural stone installations? Our client, a specialist construction company in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking a Site Based Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of a large high-end natural stone package for a prestigious project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all on-site activities related to the installation of natural stone, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.
2. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
3. Oversee material handling and finishing to ensure a flawless installation.
4. Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest quality control standards.
5. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project specifications.
6. Troubleshoot technical and site challenges, implementing solutions efficiently.
7. Report progress to senior management and liaise with design and procurement teams.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience in site-based project management within the construction or fit-out industry.
2. Expertise in natural stone installation, including marble, granite, and high-end finishes.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
4. Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations.
5. Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
