Job Description:

Project Manager is expected to work independently on small and medium size projects. The project manager will have overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Planning and Defining Scope
  2. Activity Planning and Sequencing
  3. Resource Planning and Developing Schedules
  4. Developing a Budget
  5. Documentation
  6. Creating Charts and Schedules
  7. Monitoring and Reporting Progress
  8. Working with Vendors and Contract Management
  9. Controlling Quality

Qualification:

Civil engineering graduate with 10-15 years of experience in the required industry and good communication skills. OR Candidate with practical knowledge and good working experience in the relevant industry and good communication skills. Since the work demands understanding of specific aspects of food & beverage and healthcare processes, candidates with a relevant background may be preferred.

Preference:

Position requires experience in large project management, design coordination, client relationship, process design, working knowledge of the beverage and healthcare industry, and good understanding of project management.

Experience working with MS Project and understanding of project management techniques and procedures involved.
