As a Project Manager, you will support the Senior Project Manager and Project Director in leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex master planning projects. Your responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder engagement to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards, contributing to the successful delivery of master plans. A strong understanding of urban development principles and navigating complex regulatory environments are essential for this role.

Your new role, what's involved?
  • Reporting to a Senior Project Manager as part of a team handling day-to-day project delivery.
  • Leading and managing the complete delivery of Master Planning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet project objectives and client requirements.
  • Overseeing project performance through regular reporting on schedule, budget, and quality, and making necessary adjustments for successful outcomes.
  • Managing project changes, including scope, schedule, and budget adjustments.
  • Serving as the primary contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors, providing progress updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing all project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and approvals, ensuring accuracy and currency.
  • Conducting regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review project status, resolve issues, and maintain alignment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, focusing on master planning, urban development, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from conceptual planning to execution, with quantifiable results.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on detail and quality.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and sustainability practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve project conflicts effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives, smart city projects, or large-scale urban development.
  • Knowledge of advanced project planning and simulation tools.
