Your Role

This position offers a dynamic opportunity for a motivated, results-driven individual to serve as the main contact for managing and delivering exceptional event experiences. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from client briefings and concept development to execution and reporting. You will foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement innovative event concepts for virtual, hybrid, and face-to-face formats, including trade shows.
• Manage all project aspects, including budget, timeline, and resources.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors throughout the project.
• Translate client needs into creative and impactful event solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to propose innovative ideas and ensure effective execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including budgets, timelines, and communications.

Your Talent

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations.
• Excellent client service skills, organizational ability, flexibility, and composure under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in budget and deadline management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Interest in technical and design aspects of event production.
• Knowledge of current digital tools and industry trends.
• Team-oriented with a confident, reliable demeanor.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
