Job description:
Role
The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a project, driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring the right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and delivery costs.
Do
- Delivery Management
- Ensure seamless project delivery
- Deploy optimal project delivery structure post-transition/migration by evaluating budget, costs, risks, and staffing requirements
- Create quarterly project charter with well-defined weekly trajectories, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, efforts, and costs
- Ensure 100% compliance with project SLAs, information security, and contractual obligations
- Monitor and address audit findings to prevent non-compliance
- Liaise between customer and internal teams to maintain project health
- Drive project audits and ensure zero non-compliance
- Conduct periodic reviews with quality and workforce management teams
- Maintain project documentation in Confluence and SAP
- Ensure compliance with ramp-down schedules as per MSA
Client Relationship Management
- Engage with clients to explore opportunities and strengthen value propositions
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to understand needs and gather feedback
- Identify and mitigate early warnings to prevent escalations
- Plan and execute Quarterly Business Reviews
- Design and monitor project performance dashboards for clients
Delivery governance
- Create regular MIS and reports
- Review operational and quality parameters periodically
- Identify and resolve risks and deviations proactively
- Review revenue and resource allocations to prevent leakage
- Provide performance insights to leadership
Operational Excellence
- Perform incident analysis to identify automation opportunities
- Implement hyper-automation and crowdsourcing initiatives
- Collaborate with tools team to automate processes
Innovation Focus
- Encourage team brainstorming for process improvements
- Drive value-added initiatives and showcase them during reviews
- Organize idea campaigns for new solutions
Knowledge Management & Capability Development
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training
- Deploy and monitor knowledge portals
- Forecast demand and plan talent acquisition accordingly
- Ensure training compliance and skill development
- Manage rotations, engagement, and succession planning
Team Management
- Forecast talent needs and hire appropriately
- Onboard, train, and develop team members
- Manage attrition and promote diversity
- Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback
- Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives
